What’s in Bloom at Chez Rea – September 2011

Morning Glory on the arbor at the entrance to the Kitchen Garden

2011 was a great year for roses. They kept blooming all the way into December.

The annuals I planted in the front yard perennial garden finally filled out and looked great. However, I need to find something for that spot that will look better sooner.

The passion flowers were a big hit with a couple friends who came to the Tomato Tasting. They wanted cuttings even though I warned them about how it tries to spread everywhere.

About A Well Watered Garden

Rea is my last name, and Chez Rea is what we call our home and family. That’s French for the Rea House, and it rhymes. Say “shay ray” and you’re pronouncing it right.
